Janes Street serves as the main medical center for HDI. In addition to primary care, other services available in our Multi Specialty Center include; laboratory, x-ray, WIC, women's health and mammography, mental health counseling, obstetrics and gynecology, pharmacy services, nutritional care by a certified dietician, and minor surgeries. Patients from any Health Delivery, Inc. site may access these services. Transportation may be available to and from appointments.
OB services related to prenatal care and post-partum care provided. A health team of professional physicians, residents, and nurses are available to promote a healthly pregnancy. GYN services provided on a referral basis. Care is provided in the office and on an outpatient and inpatient basis at Covenant Healthcare.
