The Hearth Home is a community-based organization that promotes HIV/AIDS prevention. Its mission is to provide community-based and community-friendly HIV/AIDS prevention and risk reduction education to reduce HIV/AIDS transmission and acquisition, and to help delay the onset of disease progression for individuals infected with HIV. The Hearth Home provides a wide range of HIV prevention and care services, substance abuse prevention, relapse prevention, and programming to build the decision making capacity of youth.
