What has been known as the Michigan National Bank since 1928, is now home to Health Delivery, Inc's newest health care facility, the David R. Gamez Community Health Center. On August 6th, 2004, a dedication ceremony was held to announce the opening of the new center, and on October 4th, 2004, the doors were first opened to patients. The health center operates with 4 providers and 13 ancillary staff, providing primary care service to patients in need. Ten exam rooms and one procedure room occupy the center.
The building also currently houses Health Delivery's billing staff on the second floor, consisting of 13 employees. Plans for the near future include the transfer of the entire administrative staff of Health Delivery to this new site.
