Health Delivery

Dentist – Full time position. Directly responsible for the examination of patient health history, diagnosis of dental disease, the recommendation of treatment modalities, rendering of those treatments, and the recording of appropriate documentation in the patient charts. DDS or DMD degree with current State of Michigan licensure. EHR experience preferred.

Clinical Assistant – Full-time position providing clinical and administrative support to the health care team. Current certification required. Minimum of one year current clinical experience required and EHR experience preferred.

Staff Psychiatrist – Full-time or part-time position directly responsible for diagnosing or evaluating behavioral, emotional, and cognitive disorders through observation, interviews, and psychological tests. Must have an MD or DO from an accredited medical school and current State of Michigan Licensure.

Driver – Part-time position directly responsible for transporting non-emergency patients from their homes or medical treatment sites to meet appointments at Health Delivery and/or other medical related locations. High School graduate or equivalency required. Must have previous experience with transporting. Valid Michigan Chauffeur’s License and DOT certification required. Impeccable driving record and evidence of insurability required.

Facilities Manager – Full-time position providing corporate oversight and property management to our facilities operation.  Essential functions include, but are not limited to, performing specialized construction project management, development and execution of improvements and maintenance; conduct cost benefit analyses and reviews; monitors the performance of contractors and manage the corporate energy initiatives. Bachelor’s Degree in a building/construction management or related field.  Must possess a current Michigan Residential Builder’s license.  Previous experience as a commercial contractor preferred.  Excellent communication skills and supervisory experience required.

Medical Scribe – Full-time position needed to facilitate patient flow and ensure an accurate and complete medical record for each patient. High School graduate or equivalent required. Certification/registration as a Medical Scribe Specialist or Medical Assistant required. Must have a minimum of six months experience as a Medical Scribe or six months of related experience and/or training. Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).

Registered Dental Assistant – Needed part-time to provide excellent dental care and ongoing support to our patients. Graduate of an accredited DA program and current State of Michigan License required. Previous experience preferred.

Health Information Management Coordinator – Full-time position responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities within the medical records department. Knowledgeable in medical terminology, HIPAA, and state privacy law preferred. Associate’s degree in Health Information Management or related field required. R.H.I.T. certification preferred.

Community Oral Health Program Assistant – Part-time position responsible for patient chart information and activities for all school base dental sites. Verifies and collects patient information, provides follow-up investigation of permission slips and assists with scheduling and billing. High School graduate or equivalent required. Previous experience in the dental field preferred. Minimum of one year experience in a medical setting required.

Community Health Worker – Needed full-time to provide adults, with Medicaid and/or Medicare, with links to healthcare resources, services and agencies. Provides assistance with case management and navigation of community services. Responsible for completing assessments and “pathways” by assisting clients in obtaining health care access and a medical home. CHWs make home visits to facilitate pathway completion. Must have a High school diploma or equivalency. Associates degree or higher in a health care related field preferred. Minimum of one year experience in a Human Services related position preferred. Knowledge of local health care/social service system required.

Outreach and Enrollment Specialist – needed full-time to assist patients and community residents with enrollment in the health insurance marketplace. Knowledge of health and human services infrastructure, health insurance programs, and public coverage options required. High School graduate or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
