Dentist – Full time position. Directly responsible for the examination of patient health history, diagnosis of dental disease, the recommendation of treatment modalities, rendering of those treatments, and the recording of appropriate documentation in the patient charts. DDS or DMD degree with current State of Michigan licensure. EHR experience preferred.
Physicians – MD/DO – Candidates must be Board Certified and be licensed to practice in the State of Michigan with a current DEA license. EHR experience preferred. Medical/Clinical Assistant – Full-time position responsible for providing excellent health care to patients. Medical Assistants will provide clinical and clerical support to our health care team. Requirements include, completion of a Medical Assisting program and current Certification or Registration. A minimum of one year experience in a clinical setting preferred. Bilingual preferred.
Staff Psychiatrist – Full-time or part-time position directly responsible for diagnosing or evaluating behavioral, emotional, and cognitive disorders through observation, interviews, and psychological tests. Must have an MD or DO from an accredited medical school and current State of Michigan Licensure.
Facilities Manager – Full-time position providing corporate oversight and property management to our facilities operation. Essential functions include, but are not limited to, performing specialized construction project management, development and execution of improvements and maintenance; conduct cost benefit analyses and reviews; monitors the performance of contractors and manage the corporate energy initiatives. Bachelor’s Degree in a building/construction management or related field. Must possess a current Michigan Residential Builder’s license. Previous experience as a commercial contractor preferred. Excellent communication skills and supervisory experience required.
Registered Dental Assistant – Needed part-time to provide excellent dental care and ongoing support to our patients. Graduate of an accredited DA program and current State of Michigan License required. Previous experience preferred.
Community Oral Health Program Assistant – Part-time position responsible for patient chart information and activities for all school base dental sites. Verifies and collects patient information, provides follow-up investigation of permission slips and assists with scheduling and billing. High School graduate or equivalent required. Previous experience in the dental field preferred. Minimum of one year experience in a medical setting required.
Call Center Triage Nurse – Full-time position responsible for providing professional telephone consultations, education, telephone triage, advice and patient education. Refers calls or consults with providers and nursing staff as appropriate. Serves as a resource for Call Center Operators and Outreach Care Coordinator. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed by the State of Michigan as an RN required. Two years of experience in a family practice setting required. Previous triage experience preferred. Bilingual preferred.
Primary Care Coordinator – Full-time position responsible for coordinating all front office activities at the site, directly supervising the medical front desk staff, and training for all new and existing front desk personnel. Must have current certification or registration as a Medical Assistant. Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare field preferred. Behavioral Health Specialist – Full-time position responsible for providing behavioral health consultations in the primary care setting to children, adolescents, adults and families in order to improve psychosocial functioning. Works as a member of the primary care team to provide brief behavioral health intervention, follow up on behavior health needs and makes referrals for additional behavioral health services. Masters Degree in Social Work required. Must be licensed by the State of Michigan as a LMSW.
Driver – Part-time position directly responsible for transporting non-emergency patients from their homes or medical treatment sites to meet appointments at Health Delivery and/or other medical related locations. High School graduate or equivalency required. Must have previous experience with transporting. Valid Michigan Chauffeur’s License and DOT certification required. Impeccable driving record and evidence of insurability required.
