Health Delivery

Pharmacist – full-time and part-time positions.  Candidates must have experience with high-volume dispense checking, including review, clarification and processing of medications orders in a timely manner while assuring clinical appropriateness and safety of therapy.  Bachelor’s degree, PharmD preferred, from an accredited school of Pharmacy; current licensures for the State of Michigan; previous experience in a retail setting required or 340(b) FQHC setting preferred.

Dentist – full time position. Directly responsible for the examination of patient health history, diagnosis of dental disease, the recommendation of treatment modalities, rendering of those treatments, and the recording of appropriate documentation in the patient charts. DDS or DMD degree with current State of Michigan licensure. EHR experience preferred.

Nurse Practitioner/PA – Full-time position to assist with the managed care of our patients. Must be a graduate of an accredited program and have a current license to practice in the state of Michigan. Competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefit package is offered. Our sites are NHSC approved for Scholars and Loan Repayment. EHR experience preferred.

Migrant Program Assistant/Driver – Part-time seasonal position responsible for driving the migrant transportation vehicles, including the medical bus, and providing assistance with program operations. High School graduate or equivalent required. Completion of a Medical Assistant program with degree/certification preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish proficiency) required. Valid Michigan Chauffeur’s License with DOT required.

Clinical Assistant – Full-time position providing clinical and administrative support to the health care team. Current certification required. Minimum of one year current clinical experience required and EHR experience preferred.

Phlebotomist/Clinical Assistant – Full-time position needed to perform phlebotomy services. May provide support in the areas of specimen analysis, documentation, filing, and medical assisting. Completion of a Medical Assisting program with evidence of training in clinical procedures required. Medical assisting or phlebotomy certification required. Minimum of one year experience in phlebotomy. One year experience in a medical setting required.

Driver – Full-time position directly responsible for transporting non-emergency patients from their homes or medical treatment sites to meet appointments at Health Delivery and/or other medical related locations. High School graduate or equivalency required. Must have valid Michigan Chauffeur’s License and DOT certification. Impeccable driving record and evidence of insurability required.

Office Clerk – Part-time position responsible for providing clerical support, answering the telephone in a prompt and professional manner, updating patient information, and verifying insurance coverage. Also tracks, manages, and assigns referrals to staff for follow-up after insurance has been verified. High School graduate or equivalency required. Must have a minimum of two years experience in an office setting.
